Witch hazel can have potent antioxidant properties and some soothing properties, and also helps to remove excess oils.
INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
water (aqua), caprylic/capric triglyceride, dicaprylyl carbonate, pentylene glycol, steareth-2, glycerin, silica, polyhydroxystearic acid, steareth-21, cetearyl alcohol, propanediol, alumina, stearic acid, sodim stearoyl glutamate, caprylyl glycol, triethoxycaprylylsillane, cetearyl glucoside, xanthan gum, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, trisodium ethylenediaminne disuccinate, caprylhydroxamic acid, tropaeolun majus flower/leaf/stem extract.

- Keep out of eyes

- Wear a sunscreen with a minimum broad spectrum SPF 30 daily
HOW TO USE
- Step 1: After washing with Foaming Cleanser, pump 2 to 3 pumps of toner onto cotton pad.
- Step 2: Smooth across face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
- Step 3: Allow to dry before applying additional products.
Use morning and evening.
STORAGE:
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Store at controlled room temperature 15°−25°C (59°−77°F).
