HOW TO USE
- Step 1: Cleanse the skin and allow the skin to completely dry.
- Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. (Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas)
- Step 3: Wait 90 seconds for product to dry completely before applying another product to the skin.
DO NOT APPLY to any other areas
STORAGE:
- Store at controlled room temperature: 15° C-25° C (59° F-77° F).
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
