Where Do We Ship?
Glow N Slim Aesthetic ships to addresses within the 50 United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally. You may choose to use a freight-forwarding service at your own discretion and risk. Please note that:

Orders shipped to freight-forwarders are final sale.

We do not support international returns.

Duties and customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment online.
How Fast Will My Order Arrive?
We offer the following shipping options:

Economy Shipping (3–7 business days): $8.00 (Free for orders over $60)

Express Shipping (2 business days): $13.00
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time are generally processed the same day. During sales or high-volume periods, please allow 48–72 hours for order processing.
Certain items (such as spray cans, nail polish, or fragrance) are considered hazardous materials (hazmat) and can only be shipped via Ground shipping in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Hazmat items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
What Is a Hazmat Product?
Hazmat products include flammable or pressurized items such as:

Pressurized spray cans

Fragrances
-
Nail polishes
These items must be shipped via Ground and may have shipping restrictions by region.
What Is the Return Policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused or gently used products. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return:

Products must be in original packaging

Items must be unused or lightly used (photo proof required)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
To start a return, email us at glownslimaesthetic@gmail.com with your order number and product photos. Our team will respond with return instructions and a printable return label. Once received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original form of payment.
Can I Exchange an Item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
What If My Order Is Lost?
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery window, please contact us at glownslimaesthetic@gmail.com with your order number. We will assist in tracking your shipment and may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a replacement.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your item is damaged upon arrival:

Once your ticket is opened, we will reply with instructions for resolving the issue
We will work with our fulfillment provider to ensure a quick resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
