Shipping & Order Tracking Policy – Glow N Slim Aesthetic

1. Tracking Your Order

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact us at glownslimaesthetic@gmail.com. You will need your 4-digit order number and delivery ZIP code from your confirmation email.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Express Post with basic tracking.

  • Orders over $300 USD (after discounts) qualify for free shipping.

  • A flat shipping fee of $9 USD applies to all other orders.

  • Please note: USPS shipping rates are subject to change. For the most current rates, visit USPS Shipping Rates.

3. International Shipping

Glow N Slim Aesthetic offers two international shipping options:

a. International Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 1–4 weeks after dispatch (depending on destination)

  • Includes full tracking

  • Free for orders over $300 USD (after discounts)

  • Flat rate of $16 USD applies otherwise

  • Global availability, with deliveries made on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays

b. UPS Express

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Includes full tracking

  • Free for orders over $400 USD (after discounts)

  • Flat rate of $30 USD applies otherwise

  • Note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, permits, and handling fees. These must be paid by the recipient. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

4. Undeliverable Packages

Shipments returned to Glow N Slim Aesthetic due to failed delivery may be subject to:

  • A non-delivery fee of up to $20, plus return shipping fees

  • These fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Reasons for failed delivery may include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

  • P.O. Box limitations (package too large)

  • Inaccessible address by carrier (some street addresses may not be serviced by USPS)

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts (usually 3 tries)

Note: Orders over $200 USD may require a signature upon delivery.

5. Final Note

Shipping charges may vary depending on package size, weight, and declared value. We will notify you if there are any adjustments before shipment.
